The Complete Series Avatar: The Legend of Korra Streaming for Limited Time Only

By  |

If you’ve been waiting to watch Avatar: The Legend of Korra, now is the time. The complete Emmy Award-winning series is available to watch now through Nov. 30 on Nickelodeon’s website Nick.com and the Nick App.

Korra is the follow up series to The Last Airbender, and takes place 70 years after the events of that series. It follows Korra, the girl who is the next Avatar. There are four Books (seasons) for you to get through. Alex and I are about halfway through Book 2, which we’ve been watching on Amazon, and are knocked out by how amazing the storytelling and animation are. Although the show ran on Nickelodeon, it is suitable for adults too. For kids, the stories and themes are definitely challenging.

There are also new videos by Nickelodeon: “Legend of Korra: Every Bend Ever” and “12 Best Moments.” Beginning on Nov. 20, fans can play “The Legend of Korra: Epic Trivia Quest,” a quiz game which will test your knowledge of the series.

The game will tell you what kind of bender you are, give you a quest and then insert you into the middle of Avatar, where you’ll need to use your personalized bender skills to survive.

The series voice cast includes Janet Varney (You’re The Worst, Burning Love) as Korra, David Faustino (Married…with Children) as Mako, P.J. Byrne (Wolf of Wall Street) as Bolin, J.K. Simmons (The Closer) as Tenzin, Mindy Sterling (Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery) as Chief Lin Beifong, Seychelle Gabriel (Falling Skies) as Asami Sato, Kiernan Shipka (Mad Men) as Jinora, and Eva Marie Saint (Superman Returns) as Katara.
